We aim to ship within 2-3 working days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates along the way. Shipping costs £4.95, Free delivery on orders over £35. We love our locals and offer free shipping within our radius. If you're eligible, the option will appear at checkout. 

We don’t accept returns on beer, since it’s perishable and we can’t guarantee quality once it’s been shipped back. But if something’s wrong, take a quick photo and email support@pivotbeer.co.uk. We’ll make it right. Fast and fair.

Technically, PIVOT contains a trace of alcohol, less than 0.5% ABV. That’s about the same as a ripe banana or a slice of sourdough. It’s brewed this way to keep the full body and flavour, without the compromise or the hangover.

Yep. At less than 0.5% ABV, PIVOT won’t budge your blood alcohol level. You can drive, run, or dance your way home. Just maybe not all at once!
