1. Who we are
This website is operated by Temperance Beverages Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as PIVOT.
By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They’re here to keep things clear and fair for everyone.
PIVOT is a brand owned and operated by Temperance Beverages Ltd.
2. Our products
We produce and sell alcohol-free beer (0.5% ABV or less).
We do our best to describe and photograph everything accurately, but small variations can occur, it’s all part of craft brewing.
All prices shown include UK VAT where applicable.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders placed through our Shopify store are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment is taken securely through Shopify Payments (and associated providers such as Apple Pay or PayPal, where offered).
You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is complete.
If we ever need to refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to stock issues or an error in pricing), we’ll let you know straight away and issue a full refund.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within a few working days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t turn up, please email support@pivotbeer.co.uk and we’ll make it right.
5. Refunds and returns
Because beer is perishable, we can’t accept returns once delivered.
If there’s an issue with your order or it doesn’t meet your expectations, reach out to us at support@pivotbeer.co.uk.
We’ll always do our best to find a fair solution.

6. Age requirement
Our products are alcohol-free (0.5% ABV or less), but they’re still intended for adult consumers.
By purchasing from our site, you confirm that you’re 18 or over.
7. Local sales
We also sell directly to pubs, cafés, farm shops, and other local retailers.
Trade customers are subject to separate invoicing and payment terms, please contact support@pivotbeer.co.uk for details.
8. Website use
You agree not to misuse this site or interfere with its operation.
All content (images, text, trademarks, and designs) is owned by Temperance Beverages Ltd and can’t be used without our permission.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
