If you’d like to change or cancel your order, drop us a line at support@pivotbeer.co.uk as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.
If your order has already been dispatched, we’ll help you work out the next best step.


My order arrived damaged, wrong, or not at all.

Do you accept returns?

Because beer is perishable, we can’t accept returns once it’s been delivered. Unfortunately, we just can’t guarantee the quality of anything that travels back and forth.
But if your order doesn’t meet your expectations, get in touch.
We’ll always work with you to put things right and make sure you’re happy with your PIVOT experience.
