Where can I find the status of my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll get an order confirmation email and updates as it makes its way to you.
You can also log into your account on our website to check your order status and tracking details.

If you use the Shop app, you can track your delivery directly in the app too.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email support@pivotbeer.co.uk as soon as possible.
We can only make changes before your order has been shipped, so the sooner you get in touch, the better.


Shipping costs

We keep things simple:

  • Free UK mainland shipping on orders over £35

  • £5 flat rate for orders under £35

We know shipping beer isn’t cheap (it’s heavy stuff), so we absorb as much of the cost as we can.


Delivery times

Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 working days once dispatched.
If you order a larger quantity (more than 24 beers), it may arrive in separate boxes, check your tracking details for updates on multiple shipments.


My order is damaged, wrong, or hasn’t arrived

We want every order to arrive in perfect condition.
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or hasn’t shown up, please email support@pivotbeer.co.uk with your order number and a photo if possible.
We’ll sort it quickly and fairly. No hassle, no drama.


Returns

We don’t accept returns on beer, as it’s perishable and we can’t guarantee its quality once it’s been out in the wild.
That said, if anything’s not right or your order doesn’t meet your expectations, just reach out to support@pivotbeer.co.uk & we’ll always make it right.
